Hello Trader,


Get ready for the renewed and overhauled experience with Frontbroker


Following up on our previous emails, with subject: “Exciting Updates Are Coming to Your Trading Experience!” (can also be found here: Exciting Updates Are Coming to Your Trading Experience) we are delighted to share with you the following: 


  • Based on the criteria of the migration we shared with you, on Wednesday, 17/12/2025, you will receive an email from our new trading platform (i.e. cTrader) that a new trading account has been created for you. 


** you will not be able to trade yet, though you can access it to have visual of how the new platform works. Trading will be enabled on Monday, 22/12/2025**


  • Your current profile, along with the submitted KYC, will be migrated to the new Client Front End on Friday, 19/12/2025. In the profile you will be able to see all of your personal information and the new connected trading account our new trading platform – cTrader. 
  • Your current trading account will be set to close mode only, meaning that no further trading will be available through that account. Any open positions maintained in your current account will remain open until the 31/01/2026, or, up until you manually close all or partially your positions. At the expiry of this period, we will have to close any of your open positions since the trading platform associate with the account will be abolished – any applicable re-imbursement will be granted to you on your new trading account with cTrader. 

 

During the period Tuesday, 16/12/2025 till Sunday 21/12/2025, anticipate a system downtime and more specifically:

  • You will not be able to open any new trading accounts,
  • New registrations will not be accepted since there is going to be maintenance of the systems to connect to the new trading ecosystem. 

 

From Monday, 22/12/2025 you will be able to enjoy the refreshed ecosystem of Frontbroker and new tools for a more educated trading experience. 


REMINDER: we are always act at our clients best interest and thus we are highly recommending you that you will revisit the content of our previous notifications to avoid any misunderstanding of the overall migration and refreshing of your trading experience with Frontbroker.
