Updates about the upcoming updates to Your Trading Experience!

Hello Trader, 

Following up on our email dated 28/11/2025, with subject: "Exciting Updates Are Coming to Your Trading Experience!can also be found here: Exciting Updates Are Coming to Your Trading Experience!; we have some important updates to share with you. 

Estimated launch and shift to the new “ecosystem” of FrontbrokerFRIDAY, 19/12/2025.
(*a final confirmation of the date will be provided in the coming week) 


Get ready for an overhaul to your experience with Frontbroker 

REMINDER:

ONLY Client's profile that complied with completed KYC/Onboarding process through SumSub and have deposited and/or traded with FrontBroker at least once in the past 4 months will be migrated to the new "ecosystem"- Meaning that:

  • Your current profile, along with the submitted KYC, will be migrated to the new Client Front End by the 19th of Dec. 2025.  

  • Your existing trading accounts will be transferred to the new trading platform environment and seamlessly integrated into your updated client profile within our new CRM.

  • Your account(s) balance(s) along with the total amount of deposits and withdrawals will be fully migrated to the profile in the new client front end. 

we will not be able to migrate the following:

  • Any OPEN trade(s) that are maintained under any of your trading accounts cannot be migrated. However, we are currently working to provide you with further updates and instructions on this matterin due courseAfraid not as we are and we will act at your best interest only.


  • Your trading history as well cannot be migratedTherefore, by the time we will inform you on the exact date of migration, we strongly advise you to export your trading history reports prior to migration while you will maintain full record of your activity.

 

As for our esteemed IBs & Affiliates, how will the above affect you? Well, if any of your clients under your “network” fall within any of the categories that are not subject to migration, then their profiles and associated trading accounts (if any) will not be migrated and will not appear in your new IB/ Affiliate profile. Hence, you will not be generating any income out of them. 

If you are also an IB, we strongly advise reviewing your email about additional information provided on this matter to avoid any inconvenience as part of the migration.  

Final updates, including key information for the migration, will be sent to you during the coming week.
