Hello Trader,

We’re always working behind the scenes to deliver the best and most seamless trading experience to you. As part of our continuous commitment to technology, usability, and efficiency, we are thrilled to announce three (3) major upgrades rolling out soon to satisfy your trading experience with Frontbroker:

  1. ✨ Migration to a New Trading Platform

We will be transitioning to one of the market’s leading trading platforms—a solution widely recognized for its user-friendly interface, enhanced performance, and flexibility that meets modern trading standards.

  1. New Social/Copy Trading Platform

Along with the transition to the new trading Platform, a more user-friendly interface of Social/Copy trading environment will be deployed, providing master Traders and IBs an even more interactive and modernized experience.

  1. Brand-New Client Relationship Management (CRM) & Introducing Broker (IB) System

We go even further by introducing a fully redesigned Client Front End. This new system will streamline onboarding, simplify profile management, and offer you more transparency and control over your account with Frontbroker. Efficiency, transparency and modernized user experience handling your client profile while at the same time be able to become a partner of Frontbroker and track your performance with a click of a button.

All the above sounds exciting, but lets also dig a bit further and outline how your profile and trading account will be affected by these changes:

How You Are Being Affected by These Changes

To start with, if you completed the KYC/Onboarding process through SumSub and you have deposited and/or traded with Fronbtoker at least once in the past 4 months - NOT AT ALL; Meaning that:

  • Your current profile along with the submitted KYC, will be migrated to the new Client Front End by a date we will communicate in the near future.

  • Your existing trading accounts will be transferred to the new trading platform environment and seamlessly integrated into your updated client profile within our new CRM.

  • Your account(s) balance(s) along with the total amount of deposits and withdrawals will be fully migrated to the profile in the new client front end.

Though, some information cannot be migrated, as shown below:

  • Any OPEN trade(s) that are maintained under any of your trading accounts, cannot be migrated. However, we are currently working to provide you with further updates and instructions on this matter, in due course. Afraid not as we are and we will act at your best interest only.

  • Your trading history as well cannot be migrated. Therefore, by the time we will inform you on the exact date of migration, we strongly advise you to export your trading history reports prior to the migration while you will maintain full record of your activity.

The following Clients’ profile and Trading account(s) will not be part of the migration to the aforementioned environments, if the following are applicable to them:

  • failed to complete the KYC/Onboarding process through SumSub – as it was communicated and reminded to you in the previous month; and/or

  • never deposited and/or traded with Frontbroker – especially in the past 4 – months –

  • do not maintain open trade(s) at the time of the migration.

We hope that this first notification gives a clear picture to you of where and what we are about to introduce in the near future. A new world full of opportunities is waiting you with Frontbroker and we are delighted that you will be part of this evolution.

More updates, including key migration dates and step-by-step instructions, will be sent to you shortly.

Thank you for choosing Frontbroker.
